Software changes
how people work.
STEND lets you see that change before you build: describe a process in words, get a working copy of it, and compare today with your product.

A working copy of your process
A virtual team
Items, people, stages, queues, returns and schedules — the way work actually moves through a team, described in your words.
Two versions of one day
The same items go through the process twice: as it works today and with your product. Only the change differs.
An honest report
The typical result over many runs, where items wait and why, and the assumptions the conclusion rests on.
Teams with one concrete question
For B2B founders and product teams whose product changes how work is done: a warehouse, an accounting team, procurement, support, a clinic, a kitchen, a hotel or a production line.
These are examples of processes, not our customers. STEND is early, and every model is built from what you tell us.
Clear about its limits
Not a revenue forecast
STEND compares how work flows. It does not predict sales, prices or adoption.
Not a replacement for a pilot
It tells you what to check in real work, and what to measure there.
Not a guess
If a number is not in your words, it is listed as an assumption. If a rule cannot be modelled yet, STEND stops and says so.
Quietly and in writing
- 01
In writing
No calls. You describe the process and the question; we agree everything in messages.
- 02
You confirm the process
You see the stages and people we understood and correct them before anything is calculated.
- 03
You keep the evidence
The report lists every source and assumption, so you can check it with your team.
One founder, building in the open
STEND is built by Danila Tkachenko: the simulation engine, the studio and this site. Pilots are run by him personally, and every report is checked by hand before it is sent.
