I'm looking for a technical co-founder to make business simulation accessible to the people making business decisions.
What we're building
Before a company adopts new software or changes how work gets done, it should be able to explore the consequences.
STEND models people, tasks, resources, and the rules connecting them. Teams can compare alternatives, understand trade-offs, and decide what to test next. B2B founders can investigate how their product would work in a customer's operation. Buyers can explore a proposed solution before committing to implementation.
The product is in early testing, with working prototypes across manufacturing, hotel operations, and kitchen workflows.

I'm leading product direction and AI-assisted development. I'm looking for a partner who brings strong engineering judgment, enjoys difficult problems, and wants to work closely with users.
What we'll work on
Turn business descriptions into executable, testable models.
Make experiments reliable, reproducible, and understandable.
Build the systems that let users save, revisit, and extend their work.
Work with early users and decide where STEND should go next.
Experience with simulation, backend systems, or AI would be especially relevant. You don't need to be an expert in all three. What matters is the ability to build, question assumptions, and follow through.

We'll talk, explore the product, and agree on a small piece of work to see how we collaborate.
This is a co-founder opportunity. There is no salary at this stage. We'll discuss commitment, responsibilities, equity, and financial arrangements openly before making a long-term commitment.
